Kirby Puckett Hit a Home Run!
This non-sports girl continues her retelling of the 1991 World Series between the Minnesota Twins and the Atlanta Braves. It was such a special occasion that we made a fire in the living room fireplace and made smores!
It also happens to coincide with the Fall time change, which in my journal I thought was Daylight Savings Time. (It wasn't.)
I name-drop two baseball players in this entry: Kirby Puckett and Jack Morris, and I doubt I ever will again in any of my journals. Still, it's pretty cool that this particular World Series cut through the din and got this music and art family to sit and watch not one, but TWO baseball games together! Now let's get to the entry...
